Romania Soul Tours is a family-run travel company, officially launched in 2023 by Nick, with UK roots in Milton Keynes and a local team and partners on the ground across Romania. We plan and deliver journeys personally, and that's exactly what we bring to a trade partnership — a Romania specialist who treats your brief as our own, not another destination on a long list.

What we can arrange

We can build private tours for individual clients, small-group departures capped at a comfortable size, and full group itineraries for larger parties. Accommodation ranges from boutique hotels to traditional guesthouses, rural family homes and the occasional historic property — each chosen for its character and location, not simply for convenience. Transport is arranged to match the group, from a private car for a couple to a coach for a larger party, always with a professional driver and drives kept short and comfortable.

Beyond a standard itinerary, we can put together local guides who live in the regions they show, hands-on experiences, and event-based programmes timed to the calendar — a harvest in wine country, a Christmas market in Sibiu, a village festival or a seasonal tradition — so your clients see Romania at its most alive.

Who we work with

We welcome enquiries from travel agencies and tour operators across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia, including agencies whose clients have Romanian roots and want to send them back to their family regions. We also welcome enquiries from associations, clubs, and schools or universities planning study trips to Romania. Whatever the size or shape of your group, we're happy to talk it through before you commit to anything.

1. You send us a brief, covering dates, group size, interests and budget
2. We come back with a proposed programme and a net quotation for you to build on
3. You sell the trip under your own brand, at your own price, to your own client
4. Confirmation and deposit terms are agreed in writing for each individual booking
5. We coordinate everything on the ground in Romania — accommodation, transport, guides and experiences
6. We share feedback with you after the trip, so you have a clear picture of how it went for your client

What you can expect from us

We aim to respond to every trade enquiry within one working day. Our quotations set out exactly what's included, agreed in writing per booking, so there are no surprises for you or your client later on. Your clients remain your clients throughout — we don't market to them directly at any point, and we work quietly in the background so the relationship, and the sale, stays entirely yours.
